However, Excelsior’s greatest asset is its location. The apartment we offer for sale is a one-bedroom flat which faces the garden and the swimming pool of the development. The property also benefits from the fact that it is on a second floor which means a nice view and peace and quiet. The apartment is located at the end of the corridor, as there is only one more apartment after it. The layout is functional and the living-room and the bedroom are separate, not transitional. The area of the property perfect for a holiday home: the total area with the common areas is 82 sq.m. The apartment is fully fitted and furnished and is ready to be lived in – the only thing it doesn’t have is a TV.
